House hunters Linda and Michael Green have lived in 10 homes since they were married 14 years ago. Now they have decided that the time is right to start searching for house No. 11. Their current home is the first residence the couple has owned, so although they are experts at house hunting, they are facing a new challenge this time around--buying a home and selling their old one at the same time.
They begin their house hunting with mother/daughter realtor team Donna and Shannon Freeman. The couple is decisive and knows right away whether the home is right for them. After seeing a dozen homes their first day out, the couple is even more sure of their likes and dislikes.
The Freemans come across a listing that seems to fit their needs perfectly. Linda and the realtors hurry out to see it. Although it is priced slightly out of the couple's range, the home has it all. Linda calls Michael away from work to see this house immediately. When he aggress with her assessment of the house, they decide to make an offer right then and there. Now comes the hard part--not only do they have to get their offer on the new house accepted, they also have to sell their old home as well. The hope is that the transaction times out just right.
Good news for the Greens! One day after they put in the offer on their new home, they received a great offer on their old home. Then realtor Shannon Freeman calls with even better news--the offer on the house they love has been accepted! After moving in, the couple is delighted with their purchase and are happily settling into the house they call their dream home.
