Veronica says that LuLu in an angel — except when it comes to treats, she is so finicky! So about a year ago, Veronica began experimenting with homemade treat recipes to please LuLu's picky palette. Veronica also volunteers for an animal welfare agency, when she baked up some of LuLu's favorite homemade goodies for a fundraiser they were such an overwhelming success that she decided to start her own doggy bakery, called the Hot Diggity Dog Diner. A year later, business is booming. Many of the diner's clients will bring their pets by to play with LuLu while they wait for their orders to come out of the oven. Veronica says that LuLu's refined tastebuds are put to work daily, all treats must pass the "LuLu test"; if LuLu doesn't approve of a new recipe, then that treat doesn't make it onto the diner's menu.
