- Use nasal strips to open breathing passageways or mouth guards that are designed specifically for this purpose.
- Make anti-snoring pajamas by taking a standard pair of pajamas and sewing a pocket into the back. Place a tennis ball into the pocket. This discourages a sleeper from rolling onto his or her back, which is the prime position for snoring.
