• To easily clean paint rollers, pop a roller into a tennis-ball container. Fill the container with solvent, then close the lid, give it a good shake and let it set for a while. When it emerges, with a little soap-and-water rinse, it will be as good as new.
  
  
• Use a dropper to place a couple of drops of olive oil into each ear twice a week to avoid excessive wax buildup.
  
  
• When using the die-cut embossing method, you can press a pattern onto a sheet and cut it into strips, which makes a multitude of expensive-looking gift tags in seconds.
