Ingredients:
3 large strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1 Tbs. wheat germ
1/2 container soy yogurt (or 2 Tbs. soft tofu)
1/2 cup pineapple
1 cup vanilla-flavored or plain soy milk
1-1/2 cups orange juice
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender, mix well and serve.
Nutritional information
- Strawberries, orange juice and pineapple are loaded with beta carotene and Vitamin C; they're also antiviral and antibacterial (great immune boosters).
- Wheat germ is high in vitamins B and E, which are also potent immune and cell enhancers.
- Soy is full of free-radical removers and protein to build strong tissue.
