Strengthen the back and improve posture with this simple exercise.
As the day progresses, we tend to slump over, so try this back-strengthening move to prevent poor posture:

Lie on your stomach with your hands underneath the shoulders. Push up, keeping the neck long and abdominals tight, and hold. To make the move more difficult, stretch the arms behind you before lifting the shoulders. Hold.
