Christine Pullara gives these simple suggestions for displaying pictures:
  • Build tiers to hold special photos out of painted bricks (figure A). Silver frames and black and white prints are especially highlighted this way.
  • Sandwich old family photos between glass pieces to create nostalgic coasters (photocopy the pictures if you don't want to use originals). Hot-glue the glass together and use silicone to attach glass marbles as feet (figure B).
  • Transform flea-market finds into a stylish photo display for any room in your home (figure C). Secure doorknobs to a piece of door jam or molding and suspend favorite pictures from ribbon hot-glued to the back of the frames.
