With scrapbooking the incredibly popular pastime that it has become there has developed a need for ways to keep all of the materials organized and the industry has been more than willing to help. Today's products were all designed with the scrapbooker in mind.
Memory Maker Organizer (discontinued) this rather large on the wall holder features Velcro topped plastic pockets to hold scissors, die cuts, craft knives, punches, adhesives, stickers and all the other tools of the trade. Along the bottom are several larger pockets with folders for carrying even more materials. One big accordion file was designed to hold scrapbooking pages. Two large rings make it easy to hang on the wall and when folded there is a long wide strap to make it easy to carry over the shoulder.
One of the niftiest and handiest items is the very practical Crop in Style Scrapbook Tote on wheels. Not only does it have pockets inside and out for carrying all of the items that scrapbookers use . . . pens, scissors, punches, etc., but the dividers inside are attached with Velcro so they can be moved to accommodate the favorite product of the moment - such as this notebook which contains pages for keeping your stickers organized among other things. The wheels actually turn easily and the long strap makes it easy to pull around. Story has it that this particular item was designed by a man whose wife was very much into scrapbooking but was getting bogged down by all of the "things" she had to lug around with her. She showed them to her husband and then said, "Design me something". And he did! A very terrific something!
The Wheel-It-All looks like something from a luggage store. In truth it is one of many products from the Cropper Hopper line and is used as a handy way to transport many other Cropper Hopper items such as the sturdy green plastic carriers designed especially for holding stickers and other scrapbooking materials. Another is designed specifically for holding piles of pictures. Each container has a lid that opens on one side to reveal a rather deep interior and a matching lid on the opposite side that opens to reveal a rather shallow area. The container designed for holding loose photographs has moveable and changeable dividers as well as envelope-styled plastic containers for holding negatives. In addition there are larger plastic containers for holding photographs. There are spaces or containers for accommodating photographs from 3" x 5" up through the newer panorama pictures.
Another Cropper Hopper was designed specifically for holding and carrying the many scissors that scrapbookers seem to have and another case seemed like an "overnighter" . . . just space enough to carry what you might need for a scrapbooking slumber party!
In the middle of it all was the Cropper Hopper on wheels that seems to have it all for holding everything handy from the larger sized Cropper Hopper plastic cases to items as small as pens and scissors. "A place for everything and everything in it's place".
From CraftStor are plastic carry-alls designed especially for your particular craft. The Stamp Case will accommodate even your heat gun when you are traveling around with your rubber stamps!
