After the homeowners whittled down their book collection, organizing pro Liz Witts shrunk down their book storage. She feels smaller shelves would be better because having more shelves might make Beth feel she could purchase more stuff. In the office area, the ugly metal files are replaced with stackable wooden file boxes and an attractive new credenza. New flooring, window treatments and paint make the room feel more polished and sophisticated.
