  • Make a gift-wrap caddy out of an old golf bag. Store wrapping paper, ribbon, bows, tape and scissors in the bag.

  • Prevent stains on the rubber-drain tray that lies beneath a dish rack by spraying the tray with furniture polish.

  • Keep pancakes warm before serving by placing them in a bun warmer. Warm the bun warmer in a 325-degree oven for 15 minutes.

  • Use a glue stick to stop runs in pantyhose. It dries quicker than nail polish.

  • Place two or three used tea bags in the bottom of a pot before transplanting a plant. The tea bags will retain moisture and help keep the plant's roots moist.
