Homemade Noisemaker

Materials:

empty film canisters
beans, popcorn kernels or rice
scissors
fun embellishments such as twisted pipe cleaners or yards of ribbons
craft glue

Steps:

1. Fill canisters about one-third full with beans, popcorn kernels or rice.

2. Make a small hole in the lid with the scissors.

3. Insert embellishments through the hole and glue down (see photo).

4. Close and shake.
