A cute tiara and cowboy hat can be made inexpensively, usually from items already at the house.
Stylist Linda Arroz shows how to turn old hats into play hats for children. She makes a tiara from a visor as well as a cowboy hat with a woman's straw hat and an old belt.

silver spray paint
visor
glue gun
decorative cording and beads
