Food expert Chris Kimball explains how to make grating cheese easier. The trick, he says, is to simply spray the grater with a cooking spray before beginning. This prevents sticking. He also says that covering the small grates with wax paper (see photo) makes it easier to zest lemons and oranges so that the rind doesn't get stuck in the grater.
