The Carol Duvall Show camera's travel to visit award-winning confectionery chef Ewald Notter. Some of Notter's most fabulous work is done using blown sugar. The technique he uses is similar to blowing small glass menageries. The cameras watch as Notter makes a swan centerpiece using only a sugar mixture, food coloring and a few tools.
