Rolled Fondant

Guest Zella Junkin, from Wilton Enterprises, uses rolled fondant to create a beautiful designer cake.

Ingredients:

2/3 cup soft butter
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 tsp. extract - any flavor

Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, mix butter, corn syrup, salt, and extract.
2. Stir and slowly add powdered sugar.
3. Knead until smooth.
4. Apply to the cake.
