Steps:
  1. Wash a clear glass plate in hot, soapy water. Allow to dry thoroughly.
  2. Work in a well-ventilated room and follow the directions on glue used for glass . Glue glass luster gems in desired pattern on plate. Note: Let the glue set up for two or three minutes before placing the gem on so it doesn't slip. Allow the glue to dry thoroughly.
  3. When necessary, handwash the plate carefully.
