Eat a sweet, healthy treat instead of that calorie-packed candy bar you've been craving. Cut a slit in the side of a piece of dried fruit (apricot, prune, peach) and slip a pecan inside. Roll the whole thing in milk chocolate and allow the chocolate to set (see photo). Each piece has only about 35 calories.
