The Twin Cities of Minnesota are comprised of Minneapolis and St. Paul, two vibrant and diverse cities. St. Paul is made up of many proud people who take pride in the culture and history of their respective neighborhood. The East Side neighborhood, for example, has seen the eb and flow of change in its character, yet the pride continues. This neighborhood consists of a large number of low-income housing with multi-generational families living under one roof and sharing limited amenities. Thirty-two percent of residents support a household with less than $25,000 in annual income – surely a testament to a community that takes care of itself.
