The Manhasset/Great Neck community is located on the North Shore of Long Island, NY.  The Manhasset/Great Neck community was formed in the late 17th century, making it one of the oldest communities on Long Island.  The area is home to diverse cultures and is considered one of the best places to raise a family in the New York City area.  Located less than 30 minutes from Manhattan, Manhasset/Great Neck retains the feeling of a tight-knit community.  HGTV, Rebuilding Together and the National Trust for Historic Preservation will help this community restore vital services needed to support its members.
