Home of Beverly and Manny DePina

Beverly and Manny DePina know what it means to sacrifice. For 30 years, the couple has been actively involved in the community, participating in civic affairs and opening their home to more than 50 foster children in need.  During this time, they suffered the loss of a biological son, battled Beverly’s cancer and dealt with Manny’s struggle with a disabled hand. The DePinas remained positive and selfless despite personal hardships and continued to contribute to the community. Their commitment to supporting and raising foster children had been an all-consuming endeavor, causing their own needs, particularly numerous home repairs, to be overlooked.  HGTV and its partners hope to provide much-needed support to the DePinas after their many years of providing support to the community.
