The Community Heritage Park

The Community Heritage Park, located directly across the street from the new Ron Clark School and owned by the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, is a green space with great potential for rebirth. Collaboration from community members would help to invigorate the space with public art and a decorative iron security fence. Local artists will be chosen to commission work based on the theme of "Sowing Seeds for Change." With the help of HGTV and its partners, the park will become a safe place for community gatherings, recreation and relaxation.
