At the Renninger's flea market in Mount Dora, Fla., host Terry Kovel finds collectible butter pats. Collectors enjoy them because they're small and easy to display.

Butter pats or chips were used to pass each dinner guest a pat of butter. The pattern usually matched the dinnerware. This butter pat or chip from England is priced at $30.

This 1888 butterfly pat is priced at $18.

The dealer has grouped Danish wall hangings in with the butter pats. They are priced $10 apiece.
