Host Terry Kovel thinks plastic kitchenware dating from the 1950s, such as this yellow Texas Ware bowl, will become preferred collectibles in the near future. The pieces can be purchased now for $10 to $25, making them affordable and easily obtainable. According to Terry, one Texas Ware advertisement stated: "Heirlooms are wonderful but Texas Ware is such fun to live with."

Other 1950s-era plastics manufacturers to look for include:
Bootonware
Prolon
Harmony House
Mallo-Ware
Oneida
