At the Metrolina Expo in Charlotte, N.C., collectibles expert Ralph Kovel finds antique tip trays. Tip trays were used in cafes and saloons at the turn of the 20th century and often featured advertisements on their metal surface. Their amazing detail is what sets the price. Some cost up to $300!
