Materials:

frosted shrink plastic
SeeGlass shrink plastic
super fine detail clear embossing powder
clear embossing ink
stamps
pen
deckle-edge scissors
1/8-inch hole punch
heat tool
jump rings
clear and frosted beads
needle nose pliers

Steps:

1. Trace an oval onto the frosted shrink plastic.

2. Cut out the oval with deckle-edge scissors (figure A).

3. Punch holes for the jump rings on the top and bottom of the oval (figure B).

4. Shrink the oval with a heat tool and let it cool completely (figure C).

5. Stamp a design onto the oval using clear embossing ink (figure D).

6. Cover the image with clear embossing powder and heat until melted (figure E).

7. Apply jump rings and beads with needle nose pliers.
