Colored glass animals are also popular to collect. The new ones are priced between $5 and $25, depending on the maker.
Here's good advice from host Terry Kovel: Don't confuse Moser Glassworks with Mosser Glass Factory. Though the names are similar, they're two different companies. Moser was founded in 1857 and its pieces are highly desirable, while Mosser produces primarily reproduction pieces.
