Knitter Jenna Adorno demonstrates how to make a feminine pink sweater, knit totally in the round with a simple, seamless construction that requires minimal finishing. The body and sleeves are knit in separate tubes, then joined together at the underarm and decreased at the neck.

Materials Needed:
- Rowan All Seasons Cotton (60 percent cotton, 40 percent acrylic; 50g/98yds): 2 (3, 3, 4, 4) skeins #202 Light Pink (MC)
- Muench GGH Soft Kid (70 percent kid mohair, 25 percent nylon, 5 percent wool; 5g/154yds): 2 (2, 2, 3, 3) skeins #005 Light Pink (CC)
- 5 US 5 (3.75mm) double-pointed needles
- 2 US 7 (4.5mm) double-pointed needles
- US 5 (3.75mm) 24" circular needle
- US 7 (4.5mm) 24" circular needle
- 2 yards 2"-wide ribbon, black
- stitch holders
Sweater Size:
XS (S, M, L, XL)
Finished chest: 30 (34, 36, 40, 42)"
Finished length: 20 (21, 22, 23, 24)"

Gauge:
16 sts and 22 rows = 4" in St st with MC and larger needles
28 sts and 34 rows = 4" in St st with CC and smaller needles
Steps:
With MC and larger circular needle, CO 120 (132, 142, 154, 164) sts.
Join and work 2 rnds in St st.
Next rnd: (YO, k2tog), rep to end
Work 2 rnds in St st.
Next rnd: Fold hem in half at the eyelet row and pick up one st from the CO edge and k tog with one st from the needle, rep to end.
Next rnd: [Work 9 (10, 9, 10, 9) sts, inc1] 12 (12, 14, 14, 16) times, work 0 (0, 2, 0, 4) sts [132 (144, 156, 168, 180) sts].
Work even in K2, p2 rib for 9 (9.5, 10, 10.5, 11)".
Belt Loops
*With larger dpns, inc1 twice (4 sts). With these four sts, work in I-cord for 11 rows. BO and break yarn, leaving a 6" long tail.
Join yarn to the sts on the circular needle, work 10 sts . Rep from * to end of round [11 (12, 13, 14, 15) belt loops].
