Turn Tin Cans Into Utensil Bins
Materials Needed:
- tin cans of various shapes and sizes
- metal-safe drill bit
- electric drill
- spray paint in the color(s) of your choice
- variety of washi tape, stickers and tags
- scissors
- safety goggles
- S-hooks
Drill Holes
Use a metal-safe drill bit to create a hole just below the rim on the back side of each tin can. Tip: Be sure to wear safety goggles when drilling into metal.

Turn cans upside down and coat each one with spray paint in the color(s) of your choice.

Now's the time to get creative! Embellish tin cans with washi tape, stickers or tags. Using temporary embellishments allows you to change up the look at a moment's notice.
