Fold and Glue Felt Circle
To make the lime-green flower, place a small dollop of hot glue in the center of the felt circle and then fold the circle in half.
Form Felt Flower
Fold felt half circle in half again and secure with hot glue to form flower. Attach flower to shamrock with hot glue.
