Materials and Tools:
paper plates
black marker
stapler
decorative paper
scissors
craft glue
gold craft paint
small paintbrush
gold-rimmed button
Steps:
1. Trace angel design onto the back of a paper plate. Cut out design.
2. Staple the two back ends of the angel together, creating the angel's cone shape. Cover angel shape with decorative paper cut into wide strips, overlapping strips as you go.
3. Using angel's wings as a template, trace around wings onto decorative paper. Cut out shape and glue decorative paper onto wings.
4. Paint angel's head with gold craft paint. To create a halo, add a gold-rimmed button to the back of the angel's head with craft glue.
