Materials and Tools:
artist's canvas
small silk roses and other small flowers
acrylic paint
wire
hot-glue gun and glue sticks
Steps:
1. Start with a pre-primed canvas of any size. The size pictured is 5 by 7 inches. Paint base colors and allow to dry at least an hour.
2. Glue small rosebuds and other small silk flowers to the canvas in the shape of a purse. You can draw the shape in first and then fill in to make sure you get the shape right. Use a hot-glue gun for faster drying.
3. Use any bendable wire to shape a handle and glue it into place behind the flowers on each side.
