- paint, base color
- 1" x 2" wood boards, 8-inches in length (as many needed to fill wall)
- paint brushes
- Painter's tape
- nail gun
- paint for inside hexagons
Paint the wall a base color.
Cut 1x2’s into 8-inches pieces. Make angles on both ends so the pieces fit together to form a hexagon shape.
To be sure hexagons are level both horizontally and vertically, first use painter’s tape to arrange the pieces on the wall. Then secure them with a nail gun.
Make an eye-catching wall collage with encaustic color, metals, pigment and dried tea bags.
