Create Felt Banner
Using a variety of felt pieces that coordinate with patterned paper, cut five triangles as banners. (The ones shown above are 7/8" across at the top x 1-5/8" to the bottom point.) Glue felt triangles to baker's twine.
Attach Banner to Card Base
Using foam tape, attach banner to card base and tie bows on both ends.
