Materials Needed:

  • liquid foundation (several shades lighter than skin tone)
  • black, brown and red eye shadows
  • red lip liner
  • makeup applicators
  • flat brush
  • coffee
  • gauze
  • stipple sponge
  • liquid latex, spirit gum or double-stick medical tape
  • translucent powder and puff

Create Mummy Wrapping

Make your mummy wrapping look aged by soaking gauze or elastic stretch net in coffee or tea for an hour. Wring it out and let dry (Image 1).

Set Mummy Foundation

Use a makeup sponge to apply a foundation that's several shades lighter than your normal skin tone all over the face, including the lips (Image 1). Set the makeup with translucent powder on a powder puff and brush off the excess (Image 2).

Make Mummy Eyes

Use a makeup brush to apply black, then brown shadows to the hollows of the eyes (Image 1). An uneven look appears more ghoulish.
