Materials Needed:

  • chair
  • feather strips
  • measuring tape
  • needle and thread
  • muslin fabric
  • scissors
  • hot glue gun and hot glue

Measure Chair

Measure the length and width of the chair back.

Cut Feathers

Cut feather strips to desired length. Make several strips, enough to cover the height and width of the chair back.

Cut Out Chair Shape

Using a pencil, draw the shape of the chair back onto muslin fabric. Cut out chair shape.
