Bejeweled Hearts Valentine

Create a special card for your someone special this Valentine's Day. Print our exclusive valentine onto card stock and cut out design, leaving a one-inch border on all sides. Cut two parallel slits in the top border of the card with a razor blade that are wide enough to allow ribbon to be threaded through. Slide two coordinating pieces of ribbon through slits and tie. Finally, embellish hearts with self-adhesive rhinestones.
