Use a little craft creativity when it comes to collecting candy on Halloween.

Make a pumpkin bag using craft foam pieces whip-stitched along the edges. Glue contrasting colored foam pieces for the face, stem and leaves.

Using a painted wooden crate as a base, attach a witch face made of craft foam and curly pipe cleaner hair for a fun way to gather candy.

Embellish plain paint pails with taped layers of colored construction paper to make a collection of candy holders. Make fun party favors by taping paper plates with faces cut in them backed with yellow construction to rulers.

Turn plain shopping bags into Halloween treat-holders using paper, glue and pipe cleaners or markers and stickers.
