Add Burlap
Cut a small piece of burlap that is about 1/2" smaller than the frame. You can get burlap at any fabric hobby or fabric store. Use spray adhesive on the back of the burlap piece and attached it to the frame.
Finish Decorative Pieces
Finally, attach the wood pieces and clothespins using a hot glue gun.
