Create Dramatic Eyes
Use black liquid eyeliner to create a thick cat eye. Start at the center and wing out, then go back to the inner corners and connect the line all the way across your lid (Image 1). Curl lashes, and add mascara to top and bottom lashes (Images 2 and 3). Apply false lashes, making sure the lashes are longest at the edges (Image 4). Cut them to fit if necessary.
Apply Lip Color
Line lips with brownish-red pencil liner (Image 1). Fill in lips with bright red pencil liner, then cover all with a bright red shade of lipstick (Images 2 and 3).
Apply Green Makeup
Begin to apply green eye shadow around the edges of your face and in your cheek contour (Images 1 and 2). Blend 2-3 shades of green in a gradient starting at your hairline and working outward. Choose a deep forest-green shade, a Kelly green and a lime shade; at least one of your shadows should have shimmer in it. Blend the shadows together well, making sure to shade the edges of the jawline and chin and extend the shading down the neck as well.
