Pat and Scott have a wonderful home in the heart of the city. They have a nice amount of property but saw a golden opportunity when their next-door neighbor put her house up for sale. They bought the home with visions of expanding their property. The purchase of that property would double the size of their yard, giving their young children abundant play space as well as creating a large oasis for them in the heart of a big city.
