French Countryside

Homeowners Tim and Natalie have built a new home in an older, established neighborhood. Host Joe Washington talks with landscape designer Greg Coleman of VisionScapes, who has designed a plan that will incorporate the homeowners' visions for their yard. Coleman builds a pool on the lower terrace of the yard and installs a limestone landing between the house and the pool, with limestone stairs leading from the landing to the pool. On the landing, two fountains serve as beautiful focal points from within the home as well as outdoors. Washington reviews the old yard and takes us step-by-step through the installation of the patio, pool and spa, recirculating creek and waterfall, driveway and garage area, retaining walls and plantings.
