A Prettier Patio

Becky and Phillips, the homeowners, live in an affluent neighborhood. They have always wanted to tear out the patio and courtyard in the back of the house because the structure is large and unattractive. They want a pretty view from the house as well as an area outside where they can entertain. Alec Michealides of Land Plus has developed a plan to give the homeowners a beautiful yard. Michealides demolishes the concrete courtyard and replaces it with a more appropriate structure of brick and stone. He added a small fountain as a focal point to the terrace. Because of the topography of the land, Michealides installs brick retaining walls. Becky and Phillips now have a beautiful back yard that they can enjoy from both inside and outside of their home.
