Fifteen years ago a friend offered Diane a great deal on a piece of in-town property. The lot had been considered un-buildable, but she found an architect willing to take on the challenge. They have no lawn, just a crumbling driveway and overgrown woods. They want a new driveway, a lawn and a koi pond. Landscape designer Pat Thernell creates a plan to give Diane and Jeff the front yard they never dreamed possible.
