A Gardener's Showcase

A natural spring runs through the backyard of homeowners Mary Ann and Russ. They have been unable to use their backyard, which is almost at water level, and they're reluctant to install any hardscapes. Landscape architect John L. Harper has designed a plan that will address the drainage problem in the homeowners' backyard. Because concrete might shift on the surface of the yard, Harper designs a water terrace to be installed outside the back of the house.
