A Backyard Reclaimed

The homeowner is not satisfied with her landscaping. The plants are sparse in the front, and the back is overgrown. She wants to enhance the front of her house with appropriate plant material and make the limited space in her backyard usable. Chris Rowden of elandscapeplan.com designed a plan to dig up existing plants and transplant them to areas where they will thrive and better complement the house. He adds crepe myrtle and river birch to the front landscape. He also clears away the overgrowth and creates a charming oasis.
