The kitchen island’s red countertop served as a springboard for interior designer Linda Woodrum’s bright, primary color palette. Paired with a sustainable-glass tile backsplash and energy efficient appliances, the Kitchen commands attention. “I loved the striped tile on the backsplash,” adds Woodrum. “We’re back to that patterning that’s happening in all the rooms, that subtle stripe that relates to the beadboard and wood in the stairwell.”
