Large and Traditional vs. Lower Priced Ranch

Newlyweds Steve and Ana-Maria Nunez have been searching for a home and narrowed the field to two: one is a Spanish-style, and the other is a Mediterranean style. Then, Ron Vieth is in the market for a fixer-upper with lots of room for entertaining. He's found two homes that he likes: a larger, traditional style home and a smaller, but lower-priced ranch style house.
