California Homebuyers Get Expert Advice

House hunters David Petrie and Felicia Ursitti have narrowed their search down to two homes. David likes an updated house with a pool, while Felicia wants a fixer-upper. Then, new home buyers Vakhara and Rakhara Edwards are identical twins who are ready to move out of their mother's house and to buy a home of their own together. Rakhara wants a tudor style home with a pool, while Vakhara's favorite is a ranch style home with a large kitchen and a great view. A pair of realtors and home inspectors assess all of these homes and advise the buyers on which is the best choice.
