A Yard with a View

Jeff and Gretchen have an amazing yard with a view of the ocean, but they want to improve it by creating a seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors. They envision reconstructing the living area, building a full outdoor kitchen and adding two televisions. Designers Rick and Tania King come up with creative ways to improve the already charming living areas. A brilliant fire pit will accent the flawless view of the hills, and the center courtyard will be transformed into a romantic living room complete with fireplace.
