Clarkia (<em>Clarkia pulchella</em>)

Clarkia is named after the explorer Captain William Clark, who first saw this plant growing in the Northwestern United States. There are about 30 species varying in color of petal and size. This plant requires partial sun and germinates in three weeks. Height is typically 16 inches (40 cm).
